NLBuilding Conversation works together with students from DAMU in Prague
Sodja Lotker (dramaturge and curator) is involved in Building Conversation as a facilitator and teaches at DAMU, The Academy for Performance Art in Prague.
Prague went into complete lockdown before the Netherlands and Sodja asked us to work with a group of students on “distant dramaturgy and performance” for seven weeks. She also asked us to investigate together with the students how we can have performative interaction from a distance.
Wednesday November 4th we started with a great group of students; alert, curious, involved. We share the work we made during the first lockdown with them which leads to new work and an encounter between the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. Dialogical Art on a distance.
No English spoken performances planned at this moment
