NLHet Toekomstatelier of the College of Government Advisors
In June, Building Conversation contributed to a three-day program called Het Toekomstatelier. The program was organized by the Ambassade van de Noordzee for the College of Government Advisors. The College of Government Advisors provides advice to the government on spatial quality regarding urgent contemporary issues such as the energy transition, social inequality, the quality of the living environment, and the impact of climate change. Het Toekomstatelier focused on the Wadden Islands, the Rotterdam harbor, Zeeland, and Tata Steel. On the first day, we conducted an Agonistic Conversation on a current polarized theme; migration. On Friday, following the speech by the Chief Government Architect, we concluded with the Impossible Conversation on the Malleability of the Future.
